Baby Chasers: The New Migration

There is a growing wave of grandparents now known as “baby chasers” who relocate, sometimes across the country, specifically to be near their grandchildren. Being near family and having a full, independent life were once treated as competing priorities for retirees. Active adult communities like Del Webb are built on the premise that they shouldn’t be.
