Scene Around Town: Hope Supply Co. and Children's Cancer Fund

As Society Editor for the Katy Trail Weekly I oversee the publication's Scene Around Town feature, which shines a spotlight on nonprofit and community events each week. In this week’s April 21 issue, I was pleased to spotlight photos featuring highlights from Hope Supply Co., the largest children’s diaper bank in Texas and Dallas-based nonprofit committed to providing material support to homeless and at-risk children, who recently celebrated the opening of its new in-house/direct service diaper pantry.  Also featured were scenes from Children’s Cancer Fund. Honorary Chairs Troy Aikman and Dak Prescott recently revealed the brave pediatric patients who will model during the Children’s Cancer Fund “Light It Up” Gala presented by Flexport. The models, between the ages of 5 and 17, will proudly walk the gala runway later this April.
