Scene Around Town: DIFFA Dallas, Texas Womens Foundation, and fashion designer Kim Olusanya
As Society Editor for the Katy Trail Weekly I oversee the publication's Scene Around Town feature, which shines a spotlight on nonprofit and community events each week. In this week’s November 11 issue, I was pleased to spotlight photos featuring highlights from Kim Olusanya who recently held a cocktail reception to debut her new fashion collection @Shop.KimO. The line consists of both structured and flowy separates that can easily transition from day to evening and add color to your current wardrobe. Also featured were scenes from the Texas Women’s Foundation 37th Annual Luncheon which featured Allyson Felix, the most decorated American Track & Field Olympian of all time. Lastly, the 13th annual Burgers & Burgundy fundraiser benefited DIFFA Dallas and revealed "The List" as the theme for House of DIFFA to be held May 23, 2023.
