Warwick Melrose Hotel Unveils $20 Million Renovation

The Warwick Melrose Hotel has just completed a $20 million renovation of its 184 spacious guestrooms, suites, and Presidential Suite. All of the updates were made in careful consideration of the Warwick Melrose’s surrounding Oak Lawn community and match the building’s timeless original structure. New additions to the property include Le Spa by Warwick Melrose, a new 1,225-square-foot pool, and a 6,000-square-foot ballroom.
